A Church to Come Home to!

About Us

Shiloh Church was organized in 1915 within a mile of its present location.  It is a member congregation of the North Carolina Conference of The International Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Shiloh is a part of the "classical" pentecostal movement which began in the late 19th century and exploded around the world in the early 20th century.

We hold to the great truths of the Word of God as described briefly in the ancient statement of faith known as The Apostles Creed:

  I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth;
  and in Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord; which was conceived
  by  the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius
  Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell
  [that is, the place of the departed righteous]; the third day He rose
  again from the dead; He ascended into heaven; and sitteth on the
  right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come
  to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the
  holy catholic [universal] church; the communion of saints; the
  forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and life everlasting.
                                                                                          Amen.
